Warren Davidson, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio’s 8th district since 2016, has recently posted several statements on his social media account addressing issues ranging from central bank digital currencies (CBDC) to censorship and foreign policy.
On September 8, 2025, Davidson expressed strong opposition to central bank digital currencies by stating, "Oh, hell no! No CBDC!"
The following day, on September 9, 2025, he addressed the topic of censorship with a succinct list of responses: "In response to censorship: 1. Comply 2. Complain 3. Change"
Later that same day, Davidson commented on former President Trump’s remarks about Hamas, quoting: "As President Trump noted about Hamas: 'They pulled out in terms of negotiating. It was too bad. Hamas didn't really want to make a deal. I think they want to die.'"
Davidson has served in Congress since succeeding John Boehner in 2016 and previously held local office as a trustee in Concord Township, Ohio from 2004 to 2005. Born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently residing in Troy at age 53, Davidson continues to be an active voice on national policy debates.
