Parks Master Plan Survey - share your input!
The first phase of the Parks Master Plan process is collecting community and stakeholder input. By completing this survey, you will be providing valuable data that will help guide park and recreation improvements in the community. With the help of your input, the Parks Master Plan will provide guidance for both short and long-range improvements to the City’s park system.
If you are interested in sharing your feedback with the City of Middletown, please complete this survey. At the end of the survey you will have an opportunity to be entered into a drawing to win one of several prizes.
