COLUMBUS – Trew, LLC has been awarded funding to support expansion efforts in Butler County, which will result in local economic development and job creation, announced State Rep. Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester).
Trew, an advanced manufacturing company, will receive funding through the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA). This initiative is expected to create 190 new jobs, retain 220 jobs, and generate $13 million in payroll.
“I’d like to thank Trew for expanding into West Chester and choosing to grow in the 45th House District,” said Gross.
The manufacturing industry supplies more than 691,000 jobs and constitutes the largest of Ohio’s 20 economic sectors.
