NorthPoint Development and the City of Fairfield have announced plans to develop the Fairfield Trade Center, a project that will directly support various industries, including manufacturing, automotive, logistics, distribution, and e-commerce, as revealed by State Rep. Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester).
The project, which aims to transform approximately 77 acres of previously unusable land into Class A industrial space, has secured a $1 million JobsOhio OSIP Grant for its development. State Rep. Jennifer Gross expressed her optimism about the initiative, stating, "This funding will directly create jobs and attract workers to Butler County and the surrounding areas."
The Fairfield Trade Center project is a collaborative effort involving NorthPoint Development, the City of Fairfield, JobsOhio, and REDI Cincinnati. Through this partnership, the development aims to drive economic growth and job opportunities in Butler County and its neighboring regions.
