Warren Davidson, U.S. Congressman representing Ohio’s 8th district since 2016, recently used his social media platform to comment on government spending and the state of the American economy.
On September 2, 2025, Davidson posted: "Congress must protect everyone by cutting spending. In the meantime, protect yourself from theft / inflation."
The following day, on September 3, he engaged his audience with a question about national sentiment: "Everyone agrees that America can keep getting better, but overall do you believe we going in the right or wrong direction? Why?"
Later that same day, Davidson made another post referencing economic trends: "It's the money. Gradually, then suddenly..."
Davidson has represented Ohio’s 8th District in Congress since replacing John Boehner in 2016. Before serving in Congress, he was a trustee for Concord Township from 2004 to 2005. Born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently residing in Troy at age 53, Davidson frequently addresses fiscal policy and economic issues as part of his legislative focus.
